During this period she experienced that yoga is so much more than physical postures and fell love with the practice as well as got very curious to dig deeper.
She loves to inspire her students to explore the many tools yoga offers us, as yoga is best to be experienced. Julia will motivate you to discover how to make yoga accessible and integrate the teachings in your everyday life. Further, she is dedicated to create an inclusive, safe and warm learning environment. She is honored and grateful for every student that crosses her way and loves to learn from them too.
